1. Platform Usage

By using Poke Piñata, you agree to our terms. This is a digital platform where users purchase virtual packs containing randomised rewards. All purchases are final once the pack is opened.

2. Pack Purchases & Virtual Goods

Packs (1, 10, or 25) contain digital rewards with randomised outcomes based on published probability rates. Once purchased, packs are added to your inventory. Virtual items have no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed for currency except where required by law.

3. Probability & Fairness

All pack openings use a certified random number generator to ensure fair outcomes. Drop rates for each rarity tier (Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary) are displayed before purchase. Outcomes are determined at the moment of unboxing and cannot be altered or predicted.

4. Unopened Pack Policy

Unopened packs can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase. Once a pack is opened and rewards are revealed, the transaction is final and non-refundable. Rewards are immediately added to your digital inventory.

5. Digital Inventory & Trading

Rewards are stored in your digital inventory. Trading features may be available for certain items. Poke Piñata reserves the right to modify or remove items for maintenance or legal compliance. Account sharing for trading purposes is prohibited.

6. Prohibited Activities

Exploiting bugs, using automated scripts, reverse engineering, or manipulating the probability system is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in account suspension and forfeiture of inventory. All transactions are monitored for fraudulent activity.
